Both are courteous, competent, and, friendly Hospitality professionals. Guy, and, Mel Rose- Rocco’s, also, should not be over looked. Leslie, Justin, and, Mary- The Grind, are all a wonderfully gregarious group, of courteous, and, friendly, staff members. Tajaney- Front Desk, is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and, diligent, in the performance of her duties, as well as, LaShom-Core Store. I have come to look forward to seeing each of them, when visiting the property. Each of the aforementioned, have displayed superior customer relations skills, and, the highest level of proficiency, at every interaction that I have had with them on numerous occasions. They are all knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, professionals. However, with regard to the staff members, Claudia- Premier Card Services Supervisor, Mike- Concierge, Dejaney- Front Desk, Shamira- Ambassador, Bryan-Rocco’s, and, Herb-Bellman, are all exemplary, with regard to job performance.
Please understand that this establishment is a work in progress, and, not without its flaws which, I will address in a subsequent review. I rated the establishment “Excellent,” based on its overall presentation, location, and, the staff’s performance, in general. It is also extremely spacious, with magnificent ocean views, architecture, and, decor. Perfect location for a relaxing, and, enjoyable getaway.
